50 lbs Lost!

Surgery +5 Weeks

As of this morning, I have lost 50 lbs! It represents the 1/3 milestone to my goal of losing 150 lbs. 100 lbs to go!

    Rob, Thanks so much for documenting and sharing your journey with us. A friend of mine is having this surgery in a few weeks - I told her about your blog. I'm sure you'll help many people. We are rooting for you!!!
